• It is the policy of Fresher Finish Services Ltd. to supply services which consistently meet the quality, price and service requirements of our customers.
• It is each employee's responsibility to perform exactly to the standards of their job so that errors at work will become as unacceptable as they are in our personal lives.
• Each employee is responsible to ensure that the correct level of quality is consistently achieved with the customer service in his or her direct control.

Health & Safety Policy Statement

• It is the policy of Fresher Finish Services Ltd. to place great importance upon the Health and Safety of our employees, and regards this aspect of the policy as a management function equal to any other responsibility. The company recognises and accepts responsibility, as an employer, for providing a safe and healthy environment on premises that are under its direct control. In furtherance of that principle, given the nature of the company's business, it is the policy of the company to liase and co-operate with customers so as to provide a safe and healthy environment for employees whilst on customer premises.
• The company recognises and accepts its obligation to ensure that other parties are not adversely affected by its activities, and moreover the company will take such steps as are reasonably practicable to meet its health and safety responsibilities.
• It is equally the duty of each employee to work in accordance with the company policy for health and safety at work, and each employee must accept and carry out their responsibilities in this regard.

• Fresher Finish Services Ltd. continues to act responsibly towards clients, staff, suppliers and the communities in which we trade, reflecting our increased awareness of the effects of commerce upon the environment.
• By being sensitive towards environmental responsibilities, we recognise that care of the environment is a major challenge now and in the future.
